PM MrRyanSmith he is stuntex.com or email from stuntex.com im not sure if you can put a pick up on a 06 i think zuki made the motors tamper proof and you cant get into them

Correct. Redesigned oil pan - no aftermarket oil pickup needed.

I pm'd Mr Ryan Smith and he did say that they are not making the pickups for the 06 because of the tamper proof design and the liability involved.

Re: Oil Pick up... 06 gsxr 600

I got on gixxer.com and found a free downloadable service manual for the 06-07's, and also posted a thread about this issue. There is an actual cross-section technical drawing of the oil pan and pick-up assy. that someone posted up in that thread.
If I was smart enough I would click a few of these buttons and just put that pic. up like ya'll do. lol maybe I'll try that later.

anyways I haven't figured it out yet, I'm not familiar with previous oil pan designs or anything, and I couldn't really tell how far that thing goes down into that pan... I could see how it may oil starve, and I could see how it would be O.K..........it may not need one.

Have your buddy get that manual and save it, then you both can look at it and decide for yourselves I guess. No one that I know makes anything for these bikes yet as far as oil p/u that I have found.

I even thought about having a perforated baffle or something welded into the pan if all else fails? Good luck. Post up whatever you guys figure out, I'm always down for new suggestions.
