That is funny! I read the whole thread Gu.

I read where your other SFz buddy, I can't remember which one, wrote that that was actually him posting!! That is the style that I'm talking about. I loved all the pranks and stuff that always made me laugh. I am the exact same way!!

I was sort of playing along trying to build this all up and some other dude wrote if you don't know what a Cardwell spreader is yada yada...

I give up! I actually deleted all the stuff I wrote about his trip to africa where he rode lions and stuff before I submitted the reply!!
I thought it was a bit over the top!

first of all i wanna say thanks to everyone for being so f n cool the past two years. it was good to know that people were actually disappointed when i left. it was a hard decision but i did what i did and thats that.
quick explanation...a lot of factors played a part, a business is a hard thing to run, a business with friends is 3 times harder. sometimes everyone is not on the same page. my last crash kind of shook me up a little more than i expected, it had me second guessing my level of "control" most of us have definitely been there. another thing, i just kind of got burnt out. it was a job all of a sudden and that took some of the fun away. i just had other things that i wanted to do.

in the past two years ive taken a shot at the police academy, no go there....made it all the way through the application process, got the approval from the head of the academy, but app still had to be sent off to jeff city for final approval. i aced the test and killed the physical test as well, but.... app was rejected by people i never even got to speak with. too many negatives on my record. oh well wasnt meant to be. i also had a baby girl who just turned one on the 12th. she is my world and everything revolves around her, so for all of you who have kids...i finally understand. her name is kenady ann cardwell and she is a little crack up.
i am currently doing personal training at 24hour fitness and so far i love it. its definitely not as fun as riding and getting paid but its pretty damn easy.
i do regret not riding at all, when i quit it was literally cold turkey. rode twice in the past two years and did zero wheelies..crazy i know. but, the guys and i stayed somewhat in touch and recently we buried the hatchett, life really is too short and there are more important things than seeing who can hold the longest grudge. im not sure whats gonna happen like james said we are meeting this weekend to discuss some options and see where it goes. but either way its good to be back in the mix and i hope to get to see a lot of you f-rs i used to roll with.
oh yeah, i did happen to ride the other night and... let me just say it started feeling pretty familiar by the end of the night. my goal is to have no brake power wheelies on lock by the end of the summer. but we will see. if anyone needs to get ahold of me hit me up at jslittlebro@yahoo.com later cardwell
