anyone got any pics of what they used to mount their acerbis on a 05/06 636? I made some tabs outta plastic a few months ago.

Today I tried to pull through the clipons and kung fu chopped my light off.
Looking to mount it pretty low, I would like the top of the plastic about level w/the top of the clipons.(there on top of the tripple)

Any suggestions are appreciated.

nah.. I know there are some creative folks out there that came up with something good.

 

The stock mounting bracket that came with my accerbis headlight was made out of plastic... cause the forks of an F2 are real thin, I had to get rid of the mounting rubbers that came with it.

So I zip tied the head light to the plastic mounting bracket, and after a couple of months, the zip tie cutted right through the plastic after doin' a bunch of high chairs no it's only mounted with zipties

nah.. the 636 frame goes between the forks, so you can't ziptie the light tight with the forks. If it doesn't have a good space the back of the lights hit the frame.
