Well what I did with my oem clip ons instead of flipping them I just raised them flush to the top. When I took off my other clip on and matched it up if I had flipped them I noticed that actually the way I have it set up is higher then oems flipped. Vortex may be another story and will probably be higher but as for OEM just raised up is good for me.

 

all you have to do on the R6 is drill a hole on both sides where the starter button/light switch holder thingies are so they won't move. It feels awesome, and if you're learning it helps you lean back. sucks that its complicated on the f4eezy.

 

i've already done all of that... i got to these replies to late! i can agree with you on how it helps you lean back... it also helped me with leverage! but i just hope i did it right! ill probably post some pics of my work up soon! thanks to everyone who replied!
