Wave Rotors

Anyone using the Wave Rotors ????
Just wondering if they standup to the Endo abuse......
My stock rotors are pitted GSXR1000 and I am looking to replace them.
Any input is appreciated.
Cheers
SK

I got a set on my R1, I think they work good, you will feel a little pulsation in the brake lever till they break in but it goes away. They are also way lighter and look cool too!!

yo darius, that R1 is one of the sickest street bikes I have ever seen, that carbon fiber swing arm is insane! do you do wheelies or high stoppies with it, I know carbon fiber is hella strong but i dont know if i would trust it for a swing arm, either way its a damn sick bike. Ok now about the topic, I heard the wave rotors allow you to brake while turning, I'm not sure if its true but thats what i was told they were made for, plus they look bad ***.

They won't let you brake while in a turn. Think about it -- they have the same effect as regular rotors. It's common sense.

I hear that the wave rotors eat pads for lunch.
You get a cheeze grater effect.
How do your pads hold up?

hey smart guy, read the whole post before you make an *** out of yourself, i know darius stunts, i watched him tear it up at the wbbf, i wasnt asking if he does wheelies and high stoppies in general, i was asking if he does them with the carbon fiber parts.

What up Duffman, ya I do some **** with the carbon parts, i accidently hit the tail the other day coasting it, just barley knicked the paint. I really sucks to try and stunt that bike becuase it has graves cams, fiberglass airbox and a full header that is choped down so it just doesnt run under 6000rpm.
