Re: 2006 anniversery r6 stunter?

I havent had a real good look at the new 06's but the subframes are the worst thing. I have an 05 that i have stunted. Just reinforce the subframe really well and do everything else u were talking about and they are good in my opinion.

If you put the time and cash into it, its got potental... the throttle and fly by wire is super choppy, and as noted below, reinforced subframe are a must on the 06. Its got a tiny tank w/o a dent in it, and a dent makes it nuts, to the point where youll want it as a lot only bike. The stock front master is decent, and easy to pull for endos, but the adjuster cracks, so youll have to run it super loose.

I'm not a pro stunter by any means, but thats what i have found on my 06.

If you get a round bar and file out the tip of the tail a little bit, it would look sick though.

But, to me, it all depends on how much your gonna pay. I mean if you got a smokin deal on a bike, its a smokin deal, and you can take the cash you saved to stunt it out.

Re: 2006 anniversery r6 stunter?

stunting an R6 anniversary edition is a waste of a good bike...its more of a track bike than a stunter....

sorry burnfreestyle
only thing diff on an anniversary edition is the color of the plastics, the R1 was the one that came with the upgraded suspensions. and theres no such thing as stunting being a waste of a good bike. stunting makes the most out of any bike.

Re: 2006 anniversery r6 stunter?

It would be the sickest looking bike stunt bike out there if you could pull it off I know that much. If your not gorilla scrape-n or a chitty choppy throttle rockin, fall ever 7 sec type of rider it should be all good and u will be the sh*t for tear-n it up on 1. I just painted my 06-S yellow black and white (didn't buy the 50th yellow but close). was going to do the decals and all but i'm going to do the throwback 99-02 r6 decals on it, pics soon.:YEAH

i dont like replicas.....

cause i get a bike, strip it down, draw a paint scheme, then rattle the **** out of it, or drop some cash on paint

Cause its MY bike, i want it to look like MY bike... no one elses.

and the people talkin about the frame pushing into the head are talking about the old R6... the new one has a new and different frame, havent seen it happen on this thing yet.

only downfall i would say is the idle... you have to weld a idle nut, and cable to it. they made it like a car, and it is under the fuel rail.... i told bullo to do it to his 600rr, and he said it worked fine... so you can do it to the r6 as well(cause that is how i came up with the idea...).

umm, the bike has hella tourqe actually... it just isnt from 1rpm, it is above 4. so revving higher than normal, well that is going to become second nature.

i just re geared my 06 to -1+1, and it feels just like my 05..... stronger actually! ask anyone that has ridden my 05, POWER FOR DAYS!

anyother questions... just ask. i will try to be as specific as possible.

this is the newest design for my 06.... wait till you see me killin the streets on this ****!!!
