Sat I moved into a house. A few friends and our girlfriends helped. After hours of lifting cleaning and everyone starts getting edgy me and the guys decide its time to go for a ride. My friend Ray has an 06 Gixxer 1000 with a 905 cage and 12 bar, and the bike is beat to ****. Blown fork seals, cracked plastics, zip ties, you cant see the tail light because of the tail light, plate that is half hidden and all fucked up, and expired tags from his last bike. Not to mention he dosent have a lisence from a dui six months back. He's paranoid to ride where I live becuase the cops are dicks! I told him to ride in the front, do the speed limit, and dont do anything stupid. He had three lisenced riders ridding behind him including a Repsol that didnt even have a plate on it (visibly). We start going and before were a 1/4 mile down the road he see's a cop comming towards us and cuts the first right he can I was screaming at him not to. The moron pulled into a retirement community... Me and the guys keep going and when we get to the local spot I call him. As soon as he answers he says call my dad here's the number tell him I'm at the police station. To wrap this up the cop told him he was a dumbass and that he looked suspicious for pulling off into a retirement center, the cop also said that he dosent chase bikes and even if we would have been speeding he would of let us go...

Yeah, what is he being charged with? & Not a very smart move by him. That had to have looked so suspicious

 

I belive he was charged with no operators license, ridding on expired plates, and something with the 12 bar blocking the rear tail light. The last should get dropped becuase the bike was off and on its side. I'm not sure what will or wont stick but this is the third time he's been nailed for driving under suspension. His papers were sent in he's just waiting to retake the test... I just cant get over the stupidity of his actions:YEAH ... A few weeks back he and I were on the expressway and out ran a state high way patrol man and this time he tries to hide without seeing lights and having three people with him... Even the cop told him he should have kept going ... He's talking to his lawyer later today and I will post more info after I talk to him.
