HOW TO: 929/954 front end?

i was just wondering, for all the people that did the front end conv. on thier F4i what all did you have to buy i looked on ebay for a complete front end... but found nothing! would i need forks,front axle, rim, rotors, calipers, triple tree, steering stem!!! any input! what am i missing?

Clipons down to the rim. Front master, lines, and calipers will fit from the F4i. Thats it.
