My bar is a bit long right now as well if I was to have enough air in my tire...because I am still runnin bout 10 psi in the rear, I keep my bar longer to be a true 12...maybe even further actually. When I get better and start adding more air, I'll move the bar.....just food for thought bro.

TI is expensive as hell! the bar wont get in your way til you start working on O's..... + it IS EASIER to learn **** w/ a 11:30 bar.. then take it to 12 once you get comfy..... not EVERYONE has to rock the same thing..... just cause you rock what a pro rocks doesnt make you any better do your thing!

Re: 12 Bar Skid Plate

who really cares how long one's bar is?
its whatever is comphy for the rider...
TI would work best...and flint would probably fun out very very quick and would prolly produce the same amount of sparks as a normal bar would..

Won't change it that much... and think about it the less air pressure you have the SHORTER your bar would need to be too... not longer...

Either way it's just a matter of prefferance.. my 12 bar was at 12 o clock and a lot of others were at 13 or so... my round bar is even shorter now.. but I rock what I like you rock what you like... I don't think a longer 12 bar will help you at anything in my opinion... a shorter one will help you keep from hitting it in circles and allow you more room when fawking up on coasters...

Re: 12 Bar Skid Plate

i do it strictly to entertain ppl at work... 10psi is a little low.. try 16.. then to 23.. that's a good range.. and it matters because ppl put these shopping cart handles off the back of their bike, and they hit it when they r a qtr inch past bp.. and go around sayin they scrape, makes us all look bad.
