i keep slamming the bike down during staggered
whenever im practicing slow sit-downs...the bike goes up smooth and comes down smooth-(er).
but when im doin slow staggered....i SLAM the bike down, every single time.
is this normal?

Do you think it's normal? No.... I would lean back more.... Just get up in the position, come to a complete stand still and then clutch up as it coems up near BP keep on the throttle but get on the rear brake it will straighten up and get smooth. If your slamming down then your using WAY to much rear brake.

+1 smooth on the throttle on the way up and down, dont just chop the throttle off completely when you wanna come down. If you already have sitdowns smooth its prob. just in your head w/ standups, unless your stabbing the brake same idea

definitely not in my head...even the guy tapin me said stop slammin it down....i'm mostly afraid of ******* up my fork seals.
practiced for like a half-hour tonight....only slammed it down once or twice...tho i was doin mostly sit-downs.
once it started dropping, i just gave it some gas. 8)
and btw, its mainly the engine braking that keeps on slamming the bike down...not the brake.

crtch HAS good info & knows his **** but doesn't usually help (me)...idk y...he just keeps tellin me 2 go out n practice instead of askin questions...which in a way is actually good advice.
