I think id rather rock a ninja 250 personally...At least that way everyone would think your learning and intend on getting a different bike...its better than everyone looking at you realizing you actually bought that bike with intentions of keeping it.

Re: Suzuki Katana Tricks

I'm not sure if there's something in the SL waters...

But this is the second thread at the top that's just retarded. I mean, even if you wanted a bike to just ride around - the Can-O-Tuna has to be the lamest.

Why would you even want one? It can't be because of the looks, it can't be because of the specs, it can't be because of it's lightweight and it can't be because you've heard tremendous things about the engine...

And you, "really need to find this out?" I mean, if you found a Katana for $50 and you'd like to know if it's a decent buy for the $50 - just say so.

I can't think of any other reason you'd have the idea in your head. I know this because I am the stunt king. I can clap my hands TWICE behind my back while riding - and even I know the Katana is just a lame all-arounder.

What gives?

Re: Suzuki Katana Tricks

I took over payments on a Katana just to ride around on........Then traded it STRAIGHT UP for my 03 636.....Definately don't get one to stunt on....they are turds...unless you are going to use it to teach your girl how to ride or something...then it would be perfect for that.

Yes Suzuki gsx600f and 750 are great bike little heavier than other sports bikes but still great sports bikes I started on a 88 you can wheelie em you may want to change the front and rear sprocket's for stunting I changed mine for more top speed stock with aftermarket exhaust re jetted carbs for the exhaust and after market k$n air filters she was a beast 150 155 mph with sprocket's I got up to 170 175 with way more to go she would run with my brothers 2003 gsxr750 and keep up with my sons 2013 Kawasaki 636
