Re: credit sucks (stunt topic)

If you can get credit cards, get several then cut them up. That will raise your revolving credit limit and make it look like you are using less credit. It shows that you are not burning up everything that you have. Its better to have a 4000 dollar balance spead out over 4 cards than a $3900 balance on one card with a $4000 limit if you have no other credit cards. Most people make the mistake of consolidating credit cards and then canceling the old ones, in turn making their credit scores go down. it doesn't hurt you to keep inactive credit cards open, just don't use them.

What someone mentioned ealier about about going on someone elses card also works. Ask your parents or grand parents if they will let you be an authorized signer on their credit cards. They don't have to give you a card at all or can cut up the card if one comes for you. Everytime they make a payment, you get credit for it.

There are lots of little things you can do but in the end make sure you pay off what you screwed up like others said. Even if you can get out of paying for it, it won't roll off of your credit for 7-11 years and most banks really hate seeing open balances when they are thinking about giving you a new loan.

My first question is: Does anyone know someone who I can pay to ix my "F"ed up credit? Please PM me on this. I am serious.

You could have just payed the people you owed money to. Now your screwed because you burned them, now there burnin you. If you dont pay your bills eventuallty it will catch up to you. credit cards are the devil, people need to realize someday you will pay it back, one way or another.
yah i was broke at one time and bought grocerys with my credit card for a while and used my work money for rent. I still owe on that card

No.. because they will usually sue you before then and try and get the money then. Then with a court judement in their favor they are given a substantial number of years and various more options to collect. But some times they dont bother. In some states if you even answer the phone call and acknowledge that you owed a debt to them at some point, that will restart the period in which they can try to collect the money (not most of them though).

It is fairly common for small loans and written contracts to ellapse over the statute of limitations limit.

"Be aware of the statute of limitations on any debt you are attempting to clear by dispute and in such a scenario, contacting a collector may be akin to awakening the proverbial sleeping dog. The statute of limitations is defined as the period of time set by a state's law, within which a creditor may file a lawsuit to enforce its legal rights. Once the period of the statute has expired, the creditor can no longer sue on the account. For instance, if you live in California, which has a four year statute of limitations on written contracts, and your last payment was due on May 20, 2002, but you failed to make that payment, it is advisable to wait until May 21, 2006 to contact the collector to dispute, or attempt to negotiate the payment of a small amount in an attempt to settle the debt and have them delete the account from the credit agency records. In addition to this, if the creditors know the statute has run over, there is a possibility that they may be less inclined to even respond to a dispute. If this occurs, the credit reporting agency must delete it from your record. It also helps to be aware that in many states making even a small part payment on the account or even, in some cases, promising to make a payment, may cause the statute's time period to start all over again, which would not be the most desirable of situations. "

Haha - I know it sounds fvcked... but it's true. That car turned heads everywhere. I can't count how many times I'd be approached by women at a gas station while filling up - it's true. I've had some badass cars in my day, and the ol' GTZ was by far the most eye catching.

And uh, yeah - you're right about $240 being about half of a, "normal" car payment. It's called good credit on a 5 year note with a nice down payment on $18K. Try it sometime...

Actually, you can have my credit. I have vowed against all forms of population control - and that includes borrowing money I don't have (debt).

Anyone want a SSN with a FICO score of 746 (a year ago - last time I checked)?

Re: credit sucks (stunt topic)

Ahh, J Dollaz... I see your confusion...

You're talking about girls, I'm talking about women.

Also, the reason it got so much attention was simply for the fact that it was super clean - no ghey *** "dubs," no retarded spoilers or bodywork. Simply a nice-looking car that shined like your waxed *** with windows you could barely see out of.

Made people look.

What can I say...

Okay, maybe "panty dropper" was just an expression - a pretty damn close one though...

Ever had a flock of women as you for a ride in your Pinto?

Didin't think so... now go get your shine box son - my shoes could use a shinin'. When you finish up, I'll tell you all you need to know about women.

You made me think of something else, there.

Back in the day I had a 78 Impala, primered gray (horrible job, by the way). That thing was such a piece of ****. I had plywood in the floorboards to keep from Flinstonin', a flashlight for the dash light and I couldn't open the doors while the headlights were on or it would blow the tailight fuse...

I pulled more *** in that car than all the mamma's boy rides combined.

I see your point though, you need a $100K ride to boost your confidence, I don't need all that homie. I'd take your girlfriends *** on my shifter-kart - but I need to ask just one question...

Does she like head? I can't stand a bitch who doesn't give head - ya feel me?

Haha - yeah, you can have the baby girls. I got tired of doing all the work and hearing complaints about it hurting. Blood is a bitch to clean off of sheets.

Okay, against my better judgement - I've decided to go ahead and put money where your mouth is.

Here's my woman about 2 months ago... we had a little fun.

Callin' you out!

EDIT: Haha - your BMW girl looks like she smelled a fart... haha ******* mouthbreathers.
