so ever since my wreck last week i havnt been able to stunt, (becaz of my pinky+my throttle assy is loose)

anyway, thats hopefully getting fixed tomorrow.

when i looped, the tail scraped and thats what i think caused the small crack on its left side. (sick inv. round bar under)

so i'm tryin to figure out wether i should cut the tail down or not.

is there a difference between looping on tail than on round bar?

 

tail is more forgiving then "looping" on to a bar...

That is more than true, Mine is ground down pretty good and has about 3 cracks in it and i still just zip tie it back together.

you def. want to hit plastic instead of a peice of metal it's way more forgiving
if you read the "how to" 12 thread everyone says learn 12 before you get a bar for that very reason

 

trial and error. U would rather ruin my tail b4 I kill myself from a bar.

 

okay so ya i'm not cutting it.

 

you are not smart... of course there is a different.. can i hit you in the head with a plastic bat, and then a metal bat? just trim the tail so the bar will touch first.

i'd cut it so i could put my feet on the bar .but thats just what i'd do

 

good point but ill probably do that once i actually learn to do wheelies....

for now i just want enough room there so that if i go too high the BAR scrapes...and not the plastic.

 

trim the sides down.. like a tapered look.. otherwise if u hit it crooked it's gonna hit n crack your tail
