Got circles - Got questions
Ok I got the principle of circles pretty much, on a good day I can get about 5 sitdowns, 7-10 FIB & 6-7 SS O's.
I've been watching everybodies styles and tryin to figure out where i'm at and where i want to be.
Ok:
Borne- exciting fast circles. you can see the bike bumping up about every 1/8 turn from the blips. Kinda looks like he's bobin with the music on vids
I like it tho.
Teach- Still exciting fast circles. From some of his clips it seems like he's not blipping as much kinda smooth then gas alot, almost too far then catch it, get back in control and repeat. Still
Some of his circles are really tight and smooth like it's all idle but is it turned way up?
Then you got Darius, A.C., Jonie Tamali sp.?:
Super smooth tight ones and wide ones. almost like they are on 2 wheels.
I try to pay attention to their egine but usually can't hear it on vids and never seen them in person.
It seems like they are all high idle and smooth brake but i can't tell for sure. In one of Joni's clips I could hear the engine & i think his idle was way up and he would just slip the clutch to slow it down when needed.
I'm somewher in the middle
Sometimes I do idle circles and bump the gas when i need it but i want to do wide fast ss O's wich i'm workin on. It seems way more fun to try to do it all throttle control and i think it probably looks smoother too but I don't know (no camera) until tommorow.
I like A.C.'s style fast and smooth but I just can tell what he doin to get there.
Any input?

Re: Got circles - Got questions
Yeah seems like that but I guess what i wanna know is are the super smooth ones idle or throttle or does it just depend on the rider. It seems like the euros all have the same style and i like it just don't know how to get there besides the obvious-trial & error.
I just get bored trying and watching slow tight circles and combos.
Fast is where it at for me to keep it interesting

different riders have different styles ... a lot of riders may run higher idle but still gas through O's ....
Re: Got circles - Got questions
alot of gear requires a little higer idle to cut down on the engine break so i think people with more gear tend to have there idle a little higher....
