and the link you posted, the bike dosent run eather, I'd watch out for those "easy fix" bikes. If the problem was so easy to fix, why didn't he fix it?

Any good stunter will tell you street tires make a huge difference on pavement stunting. If they didn't matter all dirtbike stunters would just run factory dirt.
