StuntRide Magazine??

Whats your thoughts on the current magazine situation?

do you think a small underground stunt only magazine could survive??

would you buy it?

what would you like to see in it?

Re: StuntRide Magazine??

id buy it, same as others said, as long as it didn't turn into another turbo busa mag, I subscribe to 2wt and ssb and thats enough chrome and nitrous than i'll ever need to see. Also if it show'd more of the people you don't see as much. theres alotta great stunters out there that you never read about...

Re: StuntRide Magazine??

heres what you gotta do thomas, a stunt only magazine wont sell.
you have to have pictures of street bikes doing stunts, events, shows, and most importantly WOMEN. must be lots of nude women. stunts + naked chicks WILL sell. put humor sections in it too maybe even some current events and ****.

Re: StuntRide Magazine??

humor, chicks, stunts, street session shots, chicks, comps, rider interview/bio, tech, ... soo many thigs would be cool to do. maybe a prank seciton for the humor? pics of riders gettin pranked. or the aftermath. lol.

and most of all... keep it oriented to the riders that are in the grind of the scene right now. the riders on that last buck making it to shows. etc etc...

i would subscribe jsut because you are heading it up. i know i wouldnt be disappointed.

Re: StuntRide Magazine??

I would get a subscription. Like others said keep it real though, no chrome this and turbo that. It would be sweet to have a spot in the mag where you could show how different people had their bikes set up.

I pay for a subscription right now (before anything goes to print) if you can promise that you will support the stunt scene wether or not the mag goes big time

Re: StuntRide Magazine??

i deff but it......i think if the mag wanto to last..it has to cater to the stunt bike scene as a whole... the whole life style..everything from..
1.stuntin photos.
2.stunt products.
3.partys..
4.mayhem.....
5.clothes
last and certinly not least
6.women..lots of woman..

i do think the stunt industry deff needs a mag..but hey thats opinion..
:YEAH

your talking paper pictures and ink..right!..thats all very little overhead! you would need to have volunteer writhers and editors {at 1st} and they could wright the stores take the pics, and then send there material in! I think it would do good! hell I'd volunteer!... you would have to do it quartile at first till you built you subscription bass! but other then that it's a great idea!

Re: StuntRide Magazine??

sounds like a great idea. But at what cost to the progression of the sport??

street sessions, mayhem, naked chicks, all awesome things....

but is that the image you want to put out to potential big name supporters??

It could do good, but only If the content was kept professional.
