Yes, they're interchangeable. The bolt pattern is the same

Same front sprocket. 43 on the 600 rr in the rear and a 46 on the f4i.

umm, r u sure? the tech at my local honda dealership told me f4i's were -1+2 than the rr's

garunteed my boys rollin that setup its actuallya pretty good setup for learning slow **** if thats what your going for but i thinks its +2 or 3.....
