I think the race rail is good design for the right side, but for the left side it should provide better protection for the generator cover. with 954 even extended slider is pretty good on the right side, because bike stays on that and the exhaust. but on the left side it definetly needs more protection.

I have been thinking about race rail type protection, which would go between the engine front bolt(same point as in regular race rail), but the back end would connect to the point where the side stand is connected. 954 has two big bolts there. suitable plate there and the rail goes pretty much over the generator, and probably protecting it quite well.

feel feel to use this design.

dude when i locked my first motor it wasint even overfilled and i was runing 10w30 it tacks 10time longer to change my oil than to pull the vent hose and plug the air box

Since I am more of a track/backroad guy than I am a stunter.........these race rails are perfect for me. Looks like cornering clearance is NOT an issue and they look kick ***. I am in for a group buy! Need for '03 600rr

looks like the cage will go through, not sure on the race railz. most of the people for the railz were from gsxr.com and some reason that forum went down 2 days ago...
