Re: 636 circle sprocket size?

636 runs good on idle... I'd go like 5 or 6 up

Re: 636 circle sprocket size?

You dont need to gear it.Got circles on stock first try.Seriosly, stock is easy.Wouldnt go up but just a few at the most.

Re: 636 circle sprocket size?

i can do circles on my 03 636 with stock gear ,but its way easier with some gear .if you worry what others think then rock it with no gear. if you want to have fun then go 12 or more

Re: 636 circle sprocket size?

-1 +12 but I'm going back to -1 +6 soon though cause +12 on this bike is overkill

Re: 636 circle sprocket size?

I lied im +10

maybe get a couple front stock gears of different sizes to dial in what you like. stock is 15 but 14 and 16 are available. get like a +7 sprocket, and use for 14 front for playing in the lot, and the 16 for riding the street.

Re: 636 circle sprocket size?

i just went up 11. i was totally used to up up 10 down 1 on my onld bike and i really did like that setup. good forl ots and streets. still could rock really slow shiz and spreaders on the streets at 50 mph. hopefully the 636 wont be to much differ than my other bike. other than the fact its more powerful and about 100 lbs lighter. hahaha
