look at speed channel.... you think they will care.

they are a company that goes to where the money is, if stunting didnt tickle their fancy's, letalone their bankaccounts... then you would rarely see a wheelie in the magazine.

speedchannel used to have the best motorsports coverage barnone, then nascar offered them the moolah, and they lost almost more than half of their original customers.... but gained 60% more viewers, because they love nascar. money talks, bullshit walk myfriend.

they will just look at your letter and raise they eyebrow. toss it, and source a new drag bike to feature.

 

At XDL I was on a freshly painted bike and wore my leather LEGION Jacket all weekend. (The pic in SSB with my name in the caption is a mis-printed pic, its actually someone else)

hoodies?!?! What do you expect... we didnt get to ride in nice sunny weather... we competed all weekend in RAIN and 40 something degree temps!!! Maybe your just looking at this one event and getting the wrong picture, but I know for a fact that most of the bikes there were freshly painted and looked great... most east coast guys have their act together when it comes to that stuff...

 

Speaking of custon bikes and stuntbikes I am actually putting a 6.75 rear conversion on and a +4'' swingarm on my bike. I am also considering carbon fiber heel gaurds. It will be the best of both worlds.

i like my street fighter bike, but would love to get all new plastic. bills keep m from gettin them but i keep the tank full and the front tire in the air! probly never see me in a mag i guess but i know i'm still here and lovin it! thats what it's a bout to me how bout yal?

 

i think its highly unlikely your going to get the average joe who just has money for gas an entrance fee, to care that some magazine wont have his pics in it, cus his bike isnt freshly painted and chrome......do u think every person that rides trails or jumps there cr250 in there backyard is out there buying fresh gear and graphiz kits so that travis pastrana will sell more magazines with his **** in it..........................i think its great that some people like kane darius teach etc want the sport to go further and become bigger, and more well known, thats awsome more power to you, but if thats what you want its all on your shoulders you shouldnt be depending on avg riders to make magazines and sponsors happy, and you shouldnt be asking them(everyday unknown riders) to change what they do to fulfill your dream.

 

So now stunt riding has to be a fashion show for ppl to except it????

i had a brand new paint job that i picked up on the way to xdl so did gary. i honestly did not care to ride once we got there in the shitty conditions that we had to ride in. For the most part i hate comps and dont give a **** about them. and most of us will be long gone when this sport if it ever goes mainstream. aaron colton will probably be almost done when it ever happens. so if you dont like my bike cause its a f4i. well then fvck you i ride cause we have fun everyday at our spot with the same people everyday. and thats why i ride. not to impress Kane. or his 1000 sponsors that he dont deserve

there were alot of nice lookin bikes at xdl...i 've seen some pretty shitty lookin west coast bikes...

they could have run shots in ssb of just the nice lookin bikes from xdl and had a nice spread...(*****, gary, legion, t-neck, etc...)

this is bullshit...wait for the other shoe to drop where kane starts telling everyone that they need to ride "x" bike to get noticed by sponsors...wtf ever...
