Bought a 98 gsxr 600 from a friend wreck, it sat for about 10 months. The bike starts with easy but won't rev worth a ****. it blows a blue flame every once in a while. i have also shortened a yoshie pipe for it. Does it need to be jeted or do the carbes need to be pulled and cleaned. i changed the plugs they didn't help

clean the **** out of it...

 

carb clean, leave the jetting, but raise the float height 2mm

clean the carbs and check the header make shure its tight to the head of the motor.
