inside your trailer
inside your trailer
I just picked up an enclosed trailer. I see nothing in there solid enough to strap bikes to. The floor is 3/4" plywood and the walls are lined with half inch. Whats the standard way of mounting?

Re: inside your trailer
I had the sam issue when I got mine.
I mounted the eye hooks or what ever you call em right into the plywood.
I just used gian washers on the bottom of the wood. feed the bolts in from the top and nuts on the bottow.
It sounds sketchy bolting them to plywood but I have never had them break the wood. I broke one of the eye hooks once plywood was fine.
if you wanna get real crazy you can make custom plates outta 1/8 steel instead of the giant washers good luck

I mounted "S" tracks at the edges of the wall were the frame is.. bolted through the frame. The removable wheel chocks came with plates to basically clamp the wood inbetween it but any 1/8 steel plates or huge flat washers will work. "S" tracks or "E" tracks are nice to have if you have a big trailer and haul multiple bikes or other stuff other than bikes.
