Yup,happened to the kid I got the master from. Then he ordered the banjo and when he put it in it was almost like it was to long and had to double up on the crush washers.

Re: Brembo 16x18 banjo bolt?

mine didnt work with my old hardware either. I cant remember if the threads were finer or not but my old banjos wouldnt work. The one they send with the brembo (it has 2 wires sticking out of the banjo) cut them off and screw it in.

I had to double up on the crush washers also. I am looking for a shorter banjo, but haven't found one yet. But, its all worth it, the master is SICK!

Re: Brembo 16x18 banjo bolt?

use a gixxer or r6 banjo, it's fine thread, fits perfect.. and that banjo with the two wires senses brake fluid pressure, and works your tail light, my boy number 2, hooked his up to his fullthrottle master, so now when he hits his hb his tail light turns on too.. perfect solution for ppl who say they don't rape the hb

Re: Brembo 16x18 banjo bolt?

Got it all hooked up last night. It only took me 20 minutes to hook it up & bleed it by myself! Works awesome, has so much feel its stupid!

Gotta junk these stock clipons so I can place the levers where I want them.(Can't believe these stockers lasted so long)
