I took a **** in the middle of a busy intersection the other day....I was riding and had to pee so at the red light I got off my bike and drained the main vein....well....
then i took off, and one of my buddy pulled up an endo right behind me, slipped in my pee and wrecked his bike.. long story short...he's suing me in small claims court for "improper placement of bodily fluids in thoroughfair resulting in personal injury". what do i do?
Any help is appreciated...thanks guys

So as I was reading through this and it reminds me of my buddy who actually got a ticket in Ann Arbor... the officer called it Urination In Public. Apparently becasue it is such a common occurrence in AA that they made a special law for it. He was pretty freaked that he would be placed on the Sex Offenders list though... its a pretty funny story considering he was the guy that got caught doing it out of three guys because he refused to pinch off and didn't hear my other buddy say "Cops"

if you had to **** so bad it hurt wasnt there some sort of build up to that? or was it just like BAM i gotta **** now or my head is gonna explode. i just think that at some point in time you would have passed a gas station or a side road. anywhere but a busy intersection be glad you didnt get the sex offender charge. he should have wrote you a ticket for being a dumbass.

yah ur pretty dumb for not pulling off the main road, and your lucky he didnt take your *** to jail. my best friend took a **** in an alley waiting to get into a club, he was sober, cop saw him, arrested him and he spent the night in the drunk tank sober for pissing. so feel fortunate

I got caught pissing outside of a club one night by a female police officer. She told me I could be charged with sexual harrasment and indecent exposure if she wanted to. She was atleast cool enough to let me go without any hassle.

The Statute 14-190.9 Indecent exposure.
(a) Unless the conductis punishable under subsection (a1) of this section, any person who shall willfully expose the private parts of his or her person in any public place and in the presence of any other person or persons, expect for those place designated for a public purpose where the same sex exposure is incidentaL to a permitted activity, or aids or abets in any such act, or who procure another to perform such act: or any person who as owner, manger, lesse, director, promoter or agent, or in any other capacity knowingly hires, leases or permits the land, building, or premises of which he is owner, lessees or tenant, or over which he has control, to be used for purposes of any such act, shall be GUILTY OF A CLASS 2 MISDEMEANOR!!!!!!!!!!
