I really don't know why Kane has so many haters...he is doing his thing and actually making it...and he is one of the best. Maybe not best all around, but when it comes to acros, he is top notch. And as for getting his name out there and being known...if you pick up a mag with a pink bike at 12, you automatically think of Kane...so why bitch??? You don't like the way he does things, get out there and show everyone how it should be done.

I'm not pointing my finger at anyone in particular, just seems like a lot of people saying a lot and not doing anything. I know there are a bunch that would step up to a challenge, who would do it for the honors more than the money...kudos to them.

And I honestly can't remember the last time some chick came up and wanted me to sign here *****...I need a life!!

Wow, its funny to me how people read just the 1st 2 lines of a post and base their opinion on that.........Kane said the ZX10 is the fastest top speed liter bike out compared to the other manufacturers (has nothing to do with nose wheelies). I was refferring to his thread on a bikes top speed (on 2 wheels) and how that that number is overrated. Read the full post please, you guy's reponse to my posts makes me sound like im a dick...im usually careful in my wording so I dont **** anyone off...but I need help from you guys in reading the full post carefully. I give 100% props to Kane...cant take anything from him, theres only 1 that can hold any given title and hes got that spot....

 

I agree. I put on a show with P.S.F. and Brando last week and i dont have the control they do or the highchair circles. they are much smoother than me but at the same time the crowd got to see their smooth style and my "on edge" style. All in all it was a good show, the crowd got to see some real tech stuff and they got to see some bike slams. not from pat or brando though, they dont crash!LOL

and i still wanna know if kane thinks he can beat these guys why he isnt willing to bet the rights to the footage? sounds fair as **** to me. if hes not willing to bet it then hes just play games for some money and really doesnt think he could win.....yet hes callin poeple out?

 

+1 and that's already happened... someone called discovery and told them how unskilled of a rider kane really was and how he was so much better than kane and blah blah blah, and all discovery did was go to kane with the taped convo and he called them out on it here on SL and made them look like a douche pissing in his kool-aid pretty much I can't remember who it was or what the thread was called but I believe they were drunk when they called and the recording was pretty belligerent or so the story goes...

I wish I was a better stunter, or even a mediocre stunter. lol.... I'm a newb, but I would be all over this if I was confident enough to even stand a chance. $1000 is not THAT much money to put up if you stand a chance, honestly... and to those of you who do have the skills to win this thing: it really is an EASY opportunity for a huge sponsorship. This could be more than enough opportunity to land a major deal with someone, or maybe lots of small deals, but you could most certainly get a ride and the money if you were plugging someone on national television like this.

Financially, I wish I had the money to help organize this thing in general! I know I could turn a major profit, and this would help push the sport in a positive direction or at the very least under the spot light for a while.

I hope that if this does happen, no one gets hurt... Be safe guys!

 

i cant belive this thread is still going...

 

i am still workin hard at putting together this competition, and have actually made good leway at pulling some new sponsors for the event.
due to XDL taking so damn long to secure a time slot I will not be able to have it ready in time for the april date, but i think that works out for the better. i have another meeting on april 6 with one of the potential event sponsors and if all goes well.. itll be big.. really big...

ill keep everyone posted with info as soon as I have it
