Welllllllll, IF its going to be XDL weekend (im not makin a second trip to Vegas just for this) and depending on how this bike is setup... i might be game...

Just a thought by why don't they get someone else to set the event up like Thomas. Someone that isn't cometing in the event and saying he gets all the video rights and gets to go last.

 

It only makes sense to me for it to happen when everyone from this side is out there for XDL.

It will definitely need some setup and tuning ... its a rarely stunted 04 1k stunter....yeah we'll see how things pan out - if so we can just take it to xdl with us ....

Fastest I've pulled it up was rapped out/near redline in 6th gear on my 600RR geared +13........no gauges so no idea how fast that was, but seemed fast as hell to me!

Got alotta respect for anyone who can pull it up and roll some good distance to a complete stop from speeds like that!

They only thing i dont like about that scenerio is the lack of practice on the bike

This (very cool in my IMHO) challenge is getting darkly overshadowed by a bunch of respect this and respect that rhetoric. Don't you have to show some respect to earn respect? I sadly have to agree that half the big dogs in this I-wish-this-was-a-sport don't show much respect to anyone especially their fellow riders.

This could easily be one of the most market-worthy contests in our hobby's history and all anybody can do is argue about Kane's motive for it? Stuntlife baby!!! Can we find one more person with 6 months experience on a bike and no working knowledge of basic marketing? Don't answer that.

We could spend all night in The Gold Club debating Tina's motive for dying her hair blonde instead of brown or we could enjoy the show while she does her **** on stage.

D has had several threads in the past month groaning about the lack of money, exposure, promoters, and sales. Kane is writing the book on how to succeed in all aspects of stunting, and D should take note. Kane is leading by example and growing this sport, we should all be thankfull.
