when scraping on bar with no handbrake, how do you get it off the bar? Is it the engine brake and should you run low idle to have more engine brake?

Yea drop your idle low. 800 or so bring it up hauling ***,, hit the bar. then pull in the clutch and wait for the rpms to drop. once they are down,, pop the clutch and down you come. The slower you go the more dangerous it is because you may not have enough engine brake to bring it off the bar.
