Re: Protecting your ingenuity

We were discussing battered women, not scrawny guys who can't get anyone to touch their weeners so they play with condiments. Start your own thread if you want to talk about yourself.

Re: Protecting your ingenuity

I'm sorry, are you still hurt because my man didn't want to touch your hotdog? It wasn't because of the mustard, it was because you are a *** and he is not.

The mustard just freaked him out.

Re: Protecting your ingenuity

Hey now, we were having fun. But you're right, I was trying to accomplish something here.

We need a signal for goofing on each other so people know to skip it if they're more about business or just not feeling it tonight.

I'm a little off tonight too. I think it's the coffee.

I had a whole bunch earlier. But it's not the coffee. I was kidding. I'm just a total spaz.

nah man, the ideas stay secret so noone steals them until they get the patent and then you can promote the idea.

A patent means that if you want to build something dope, you can justify spending the time and research and development and not have someone rip off your stuff and run you out of business.

And if you patent something, and someone produces it, you have the right to ask for money for them selling it.

Re: Protecting your ingenuity

Got it.

T-Dubby Martino is right. people patent their ideas so they can manufacture the product or license a larger manufacturer to make them, and sell them. The licensing agreement means the inventor will make a certain amount off of the items that are produced and sold without the liabilities associated with manufacturing and distribution.

I'm encouraging patents because stunters seem to be very resourceful when it comes to making useful things. If you guys don't patent your ideas, a larger company will, and then they will sell your creations back to you and all your friends.

I'd rather see stunters benefitting from their own ideas on a larger scale.
