wow.....i know jeff well and he has never been like that.....i just called and got voice mail......the cage has saved my butt a lot....he isnt the kid of guy to run and hide.....but definately keep calling....what kind of cage did you get for what bike?

i have heard they are practically impossible to get in touch with....Have had a lot of people go with SI cages because they are built very well. My buddy waited on sliders from MXD for over 2 months and got the run around with voicemails and emails the whole time

 

damnit the only cage i dont have i would have sent it to you to help jeff.....keep trying jeff is pretty straight forward.

 

I waited 2 months for an undertail bar. Finally got his attention when I contacted paypal and they put a hold on his account.

 

Thats the problem Jeff got way too busy with his dads business and had to get someone else to handle MXD for him.....When I orderd my first 5 cages from him I had them in a week, when I delt with the guy that took over I waited months for the next 5 cages....

Jeff is the man, MXD isnt the same without him.....The quality was still there but the service was

As of right now those other guys are gone and Jeff is running it by himself at the moment, I'm sure it's hard to answer the phone and bulid cages at the same time.. His VM says business hours 10am - 6pm M-Sat, also said he will get back to you within 24hrs...

We use to stock there cages but we stopped because it took so long to get them and then if you order more than once they have no lables on anything and parts missing. If you want a good cage go with powers or SI or old school 905 as they have now fixed there welds and do powder coat every cage for the same $250 but SI is still a lot cheaper.

 

shi7.....seems your right....called a couple times and he cant be found.....this new dewd if fuking it up.....that was great about mxd....the fast service.....pffft....
