barsetup is cheap...and seems pretty badass.but it says"Drilling Holes On Triple Tree Required... How could you do this and get it right???? how safe is this?? anyone got pictures?

If you use the proper drill bit and bolts it won't matter, it will be stronger than stock clipons.

just weld around were u drill thro..... gives it added strangth... but still brakes !!!!!!!

hahaha yea thats me in my avatar and yes i trust myself im just wondering how im gunna do this and make sure its aligned right and stuff... and get some opinions on how good it works

triples are week on every bike !!!!!! go to thestuntfactory.com they have a full setup !! but it is mad money

over kill just use regular drill and some grade 8 bolts but i think the kit your looking at comes with the right bolts.ps use the right size drill bit just big enuogh to get bolt through

steel bolts or construction grade aluminum bolts work. Hit up your local construction site theyll give you them for free.
Invest in a good dril and bit or rent one from ACE or whereever

Looks good to me you can get the bars for $90 the clamps for $50 the brake line $50 so the price is good 2.........

Look at all the other bikes that come stock with handlebars. They have a drilled top triple.
