yes a throttlelock would maby work but im not trying first......

 

I saw vid of Kevin Marino on the E-way keeping up with traffic, think it's in FTP 4

 

i did them with my big gears got maybe around 55 maybe 60 then i decided to go smaller sprockets maybe now 65 lil more but have no more room idle up so high i think the motor is gonna burst out the bike

 

what position do you guys do em in? I do em foot on teh seat with my knees hugging the tank.

 

i dont think i would do a stnd up nh that fast

I find them alot easier to keep from wobbling than sit downs

do you guy's shift up while doin the no-hander or get to the gear you wont and then let go???

 

i get there and then let go ive shifted by mistake by lifting on the shifter without relizing i was doing it skuured me alittle bit but i didnt have my idle at 10 grand i think it would have been bad if i did

 

take the rotors off of the front wheel and make that **** spin euro style... clutch it up and have the front wheel spinnin real fast.... and rock it out... i was doin them in 5th at lakeland a long time ago hauling ***..... DO IT!!! and take video:YEAH the front wheel spinning plants the bike down, and there is NO WOBBLES at all, so as long as its spinning fast you can just keep speeding up:YEAH

that's a good idea! I think that coupled with maybe a 190 or 200 size tire and lowered pressure could make for some seriously fast no handers. And yes I do have my idle adjuster cut down and I think I can get the rpms pretty damn high. I'll try and get some video.

 

what's cut down? is that to do with the factory valve adjuster or an aux. cable through the TB's?

 

cable thru the throttle bodies, the threaded adjuster has a little nipple on the end that needs to be cut down.

 

i was doing about 55... have to go back out and mob some at higher speeds... never thought bought spreading the calipers

 

yea ive thought about this topic alot before...it would be sick to see someone killin the streets goin 50 no handed!

 

I'm taking off my rotors and calipers, the lighter the front end less likely it will be to drop and easier to keep it up!
