sick innovations makes a 12 bar for the RR that clears the tail by several inches. they have pics on their site http://www.sickinnovations.com.
as for the tank, i did not want to mess with taking the plastic cover off, denting the tank, and then melting the cover so i just put some pieces of grip tape over it and got used to sitting higher. its not bad just takes some getting used to.
