my buddy wrecked on the 1999 r6 i had sold him so I have the chance to buy it back. He told me $100 or b.o.

The fairings are ALL trashed, tank has a dent. Rash on the stator covor, a broken clip on, on off switch broken, rash on the frame where the welds are/were, bent forks, maybe bent tree? Mostly everything else is good. Tires and rims, brakes, engine, polished swingarm,chopped shorty pipe, etc etc..The ebay market for this bike isnt that great. If I could make a few bucks selling for parts that would be cool I guess. Shud I bother or will the payout not be worth the aggravation?

 

Buy it and part it out... simple.

 

yea but am i guna be hard pressed to sell parts off a 99 r6 or what? Theres a reason hes selling it so cheap. That or hes just retarded?
