Triumph Oil pick up

hey i know that triumph riders are few and far between but i was wondering if anyone had any info on oil pick up i know that when doing long wheelies your engine can become oil staved. to prevent this i know some people run about a quart over or move the oil pick up. I guess i don't want to drop the oil pan unless i have to so does anyone know if triumphs run funny with more oil in them???

Re: Triumph Oil pick up

Why would they run any funnier than any other bike,I say run an extra 1/2 a quart and see how she runs,or try stuntex and see if they make a pickup(I doubt it) for a triumph??????? I think the speed 4 would make a good stunt bike exept for the lack of aftermarket and replacment stock parts and or the price of em'!!! love that little fairing ! for H C's

Duker and Kyle Woods are the only US ones that I know of stunting Triumphs. My guy duker has never blown up an triumph. Burn outs on 12 all the time.. never skipped a beat.. What bike are your riding?

pm Duker for any questions...

the main hard thing about them is idle control.. you have to fab up something to adjust your idle..
