Re: how many days do you practice?

I try to ride as many nights as possible (pendin on the weather of course) for at least two hours during the week. It is good to practice up during the weekdays and the showin up with the goods on the weekend (especially if you got a sick move down pat).

Re: how many days do you practice?

I've learned that riding at night helps a lot... Something with your visual muscle memory or something.... When you go to ride on the weekend in the light what you practiced in the dark during the week feel a lot better and it pushes you to the next level..

Also taking breaks seems to help... Sometimes riding too much like 4days in a row kind of slows me down.. every once and awhile taking 3-4 days off then coming back to things seems to help too..

I ride the weekend and 2-3 days during the week works the best for me.

Re: how many days do you practice?

i used to practice every wednesday and the weekends, but since the new job, i can only practice once a week. it sucks and don't see myself getting any better because i have to basically learn everything over again week after week.

Re: how many days do you practice?

I'll have to try this riding at night and day thing.. I notice when you do **** at night its alot harder.. Harder to judge where the ground is so you kind of loose where you are.

+1

wouldn't say a lot harder, but a noticeable difference.

It's cuz your equal librium(spelling) is a little off when it's dark... even when there's lights in the lot.... Which seems to make everything harder... Then com the weekend and you ride in the daylight the things you were working on during the week at night get better... That's just what i've noticed..

Re: how many days do you practice?

That is some advice I am going to try. If practing at night is a little harder but will make me learn my tricks better then I will try that. Thanks.
