haha, i get motivated to sit in the garage, and make beeramids and usually take about 3 bolts out of my bike, and loose them, then just chain smoke n listen to music until i fall asleep

 

i want to make a castle.... come to think of it, i have a 4 day weekend comin up, hmmmmmm

 

no Coasters or no handers i can get idle but sometimes it get so slow theres no power left to keep it up there if i tap out of bp

 

Im all about stock gearing....

Anybody out there all about stock gearing and can still do everything? Idle, circles..etc?? I have yet to experiment with gears, but im thinkin i might stay stock...

I ride a 600rr too....

 

600rr's are fine stock. i was riding one no problem with no gearing whatsoever... i rode one with 18 up and it was fine, felt lightly geared compared to a geared f4i which i thought was wierd.

 

i got -2 + 4 waiting to put in on the eezy.. riding -2 right now. would that be enough for learning 0's? i think i need a tad more...

 

16 up is fine for me.

 

yep im rockin stock on my f4i, i had -1 +9 on my gix 750 before this bike. its a little diff and slightly more challenging to do no handers but its not bad at all. circles feel the same actually a little easier to control cuz the power is smoother compared to a geared 750.

 

yeah, that's cuz u're not sensitive enough w the brake yet... gearin will help bring it back up a bit, but what it mainly does it makes it harder to stall..

 

Ok well then at what gearing do you think it will get rid of that boggyness before the engine stalls? is -1+10 good. I want it to be snappy from 1 mph

 

it'll never be snappy from 1mph.. i mean i could clutch mine up from oa dead stop on stock gearing, and can with what i have now.. just changes how hard u have to clutch it. just practice man, once u get good on stock gearing or close to stock.. and then switch to bigger, it's soo fun

 

its better going the other way.... circles are soooo much smoother without crazy gearing
