not sure. I assume you could get charged with no reg iff you need to register off road vehcles in your state. I guess you could get wrecksess if they wanted to really mess with you. Do you have permision? is the entry blocked? if its private, you have permision, entry is blocked, no noise complaints, etc you could be legit. good luck
