Re: SUPERBIKES! Speed Chanel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i think the wheelie school was good to air on TV. it gives non sportbike riders an idea of the time and effort put into even just a single balance point wheelie.

although i think the show should stress the use of 50's and other small dirtbikes as learing tools.

i bet every 14 y/o kid who saw that show wants to be the next aaron colton(i know i do), but not every parent is gonna let thier kid go stunt an F4i.

but a 50? or a 125? i bet most parents will atleast let thier kids stunt 50's, good growth for the sport.

Re: SUPERBIKES! Speed Chanel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It shouldn't take all day to learn how to do a power wheelie....but otherwise it was a great show...

Keep it up, cant wait till next week..

Re: SUPERBIKES! Speed Chanel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

LOL! Man, that guy was like half my friends who ride bikes. They pop it one inch, go nuts, and won't shut up for a week...but they never go higher. I think it's the ones who aren't satisfied or don't get ENOUGH of a high from it that want higher, longer, faster.

Re: SUPERBIKES! Speed Chanel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree, I was not impressed with the show and think it really lacked substance. However, it was entertaining and satisfactory for the community, but I still think it coulda been a lot better. They need to learn how to attract the allure of what stunt riding is. It's the excitement of stunting, showing it off to people, and (probably NOT something you wanna put on tv) being illegal on the street. The show needs someone whose personality is as entertaining as his stunting. Darius is entertaining, good or bad impression, he knows how to entertain you with his obnoxious energy and crazy antics. Aaron Colton has a lot of potential to be another character like that. MTV hit on something when they did that stunt riding episode a couple years back. It focused on PBR, the characters in the group, and other groups. I was entertained in finding out what made them tick, what motivated them to do this, and how each group had its own culture. I can only hope this show learns that the people riding the bike is 80% of what makes stunt riding so entertaining.
