question is are they durable or will they bend after a hard drop from HC or stoppies, or are they harder than the original wheels....

Re: marchesini or pvm stuntwheels
yes they are stronger than stock but that really doesnt mean much. I run 20-25psi in the front for stoppies. Every front rim I've ever had gets bent somehow, highchair circles and coming down sideways a little bit will bend them. If you ran 35psi it would probably prevent it some but I doubt all the way. If you can afford it why not, they look sick and make the bike lighter, but dont think they wont bend. And no I dont crash anymore, not even with circles. **** does happen but pretty rarely.

its all about the looks,
did you feel that the bike was lighter? probably not....
are you running magnesium or aluminium?
Re: marchesini or pvm stuntwheels
I had marchinis on a bike back when I lived in Florida a few years back. Very expensive, very light, but not as strong as aluminum. Biggest problem/difference with magnesium is it doesn't tend to bend like aluminum, it just outright breaks. That could make coming down hard a whole lot worse if the rim snaps.
Plus shellin out another grand to replace the rim wouldn't exactly be fun either.
