Exactly. Have fun replacing the clutch basket two weeks from now if you insist on learning how to clutch wheelies up on a Yamaha...




PS A few others have said it, but body position is REALLY important - you need to be throwing your body weight back over the rear wheel as you are bouncing/clutching/etc. It takes some ***** to get over the fear. If you are getting scared and thus putting weight over the front as you try and get it up, itll never come up.

 

what about r6..never had probs with my clutch...whats the deal am i that smooth on the clutch...i knew it..lol..

are you saying it won't wheelie at all? or just 2nd gear sitdowns? you need to try different methods. 2nd gear sitdowns is not the easiest way to learn to launch a wheelie...1st gear staggered is. If the bike is meant to get beaten, go out there and clutch up 1st staggered.

Slip the phackin clutch and cover the rear bake........then chop the throttle slam the front end down and replace the fork seals........it's just the way it has to be ..............ps... yamaha is GAY.........

my r6 has 23,000 mi on it and im still on the stock clutch, 1st,2nd,3rd,and 4th gear wheelies the thing rocks on the freeway eats **** in the parking lot.

 

you know whats really funny i got my 2005 r6 right when it came out and my dad wheelie it in 1st and 2nd gear and he is like 56 or older right now. and you cant wheelie a R1 wtf it wrong with you do you have a 125cc pit bike engine in that thing lol
