May 2003 Cycle World
Just picked up the new cycle world and they had an editorial in it about biker boyz. it mostly confirmed that the movie sucked, but it also talked shorly about how motox expanded from nothing to become "the highest rated of TV's extreme sports." they also threw in the fact that the NHRA (national hot rodding association) grew from illegal street drag racing in califorinia. They tied this into the stunt scene and how the people that are really into it are attempting to take it off the streets and into safer cop-less enviroments. and the article closes with the line "Unlike Biker Boyz that might be a ticket worth buying." But overall they seem to be a bit mis-informed, seeing as they missed the X.S.B.A., Stuntwars and the 5000+ members of Stuntlife. perhaps a flooding of stunter mail at cycle world could push the sport into a mainstream motorcycle magazine.
