Yea thats Bs, I had an off duty cop call in like 2 weeks ago and I got a ticket like 6 hours later from a different officer. The worst part is that I didn't do anything. I was riding with a few guys and he said my bike "seemed to fit the bill". Striaght up if I did it I'd admit it and go on with my business but some cop whosaw me do nothing writing me for reckless, EAT ME. Needlessly to say I faught it this morning and got a trial Aug 9th to see the judge. COPS LIE. Yea I generally throw my plate under the seat and say that it got pulled off. If they pull me over they'll see it. Also that dual passenger peg stuff is NUTS, a buddy of mine will do that on his 1000rr from like 40-140mph. It's crazy but he says he can control it better that way. YIKES

Your buddy IS a squid. He has no real idea what he is talking about. 40-140...=no balance point. That does **** about the ticket, though!

Sweet. I look forward to moving out there

"A number of Web sites promoting "extreme motorcycling" show people doing wheelies inside tunnels or along highways, or executing "stoppies," the practice of standing the motorcycle on its front wheel during an abrupt but controlled stop."

Sweet. There will soon be an influx of troll-y squids.

Jack Skinner sucks.

I left a comment... they probably will remove it:

I think Mr. Skinner needs to get a life and start reporting on more dangerous things like the soccer moms in the SUV's bigger than their houses driving while using their cellphone, doing their makeup and screaming at their 1 child in the 8th row behind them. Or maybe the daily motorists who drive way too fast? What are the statistics of crashes from motorcyclists fault to daily cage drivers? How many people have motorcyclists killed in comparison to inattentive cage drivers? Yeah the guy is stupid for pulling a wheelie- We all admit that. But seriously. Why don't you write about the REAL dangerous drivers? I have a question for you also: When you were driving on 264 and saw that guy-- Were you driving or was your wife? I'm just curious since the second picture of the guy doing a wheelie is on the drivers side..and you state you took the picture. Isn't it a little dangerous to be taking pictures while driving Mr. Skinner?

Skinner owns a video production company, I just sent him an email and told him I liked his work from the article and if he'd be willing to do some freelance work for me for a motorcycle film I'm doing.

Tong he can balance them but when he gets them out on the road he just runs them up to speed. It's pretty sick to watch.
