is it good for stunt? should i buy it?

 

I messed around on an '01 and liked it alot. Gotta weld them here and there, plus an oil pickup. But it felt pretty damn good. If you got a good deal then hell yeah.

 

why do i have to weld it? and what places? the frame will not hold up?

 

where the sub-frame meets the frame those tabs are notorious breakers. Ive seen gixxer 1k's crack the frames at the bittom of the ram-air tubes a few times but not on the 600's. Just the sub-frame to frame mounts **** if your thinking bar tricks.

 

DON"T BUY IT...unless you want to be the guy that always has a broken bike...I have a 01 gsxr that used to be friends and he learned on it and it has cracks my the ram air tubes on both sides, the subframe tabs have all had to be reinforced, and the motor mount broke. Yeah the bike has been beat but I have seen honda's go through just as much and still have a frame that isn't falling apart...

 

that bike would be good with the subframe mount welds, ask around and you'll get good responses. Oil pickup is a must, for stoppies, the 01 or 02 front end is the shiznasty
