Re: 636 Stunt Prep?

there's tons of 636 info on here, just do a search

crankcase vent mod is only necessary if you do bar tricks

get a cage and go rock out!

I dont even have a bar but when I scrape my subframe/passenger seat or even do long wheelies on the highway I dump oil in the air box.....So its not just for bar trickers, Id do the mod just to be safe.....

Re: 636 Stunt Prep?

after not running a bar for this long i would recommend grabbin a round bar that way the $$$ tail stays somewhat ok and a cage i rock a powers on mine its virtually indestructible with the rear axle spools you'll virtually never brake a rear set. I would however invest in the woodcraft they have been awesome for me and numerous other riders i know.

Re: 636 Stunt Prep?

do the airbox mod,I ran a hose from the case up on the side of the frame and it comes out on the right side and rest on my radiator with a filter on it(no probs).rearsets brake so go d dam n easy it makes me mad just thinking about it now.stock clip-ons must be strong cause i'm still running my originals.subframe bent kinda easy back when i was doing bar tricks.I had to put a new camchain in it cause it was stretched to the max.My frame broke 2 weeks ago in all sorts of places and just got all that welded up (not from crashing either!)its a real good bike but sh it breaks easy on it.been through selveral radiators too.

Re: 636 Stunt Prep?

I have a 905 dual caliper rear brake set up for an 03-04. It comes with the plate and one caliper. It's never even been mounted. All you need is the line and master.

pm me if you want it
