It was probably doubled due to the high speed as opossed to just a reckless for say a wheelie.

 

damnit, must be nice that reckless driving is so cheap over on that side. here they take your bike for a month which is about $1280+ also the reckless driving ticket is 2 points and it costs about a grand.

I was clocked once going 98 in a 45 and it was supposed to be jail and impound cuz double the limit is a felony in FL.
The cop was pretty cool and gave me a $130 ticket with 2 pts

 

yeah they gave me 2 tickets one for doing 77 in a 50 and the other for exabition of speed
by driving with front wheel on motorcycle in the air lol

here wreckless drivin is like 160 and 4 points which sucks cause i got 10 points now for kinda stupid 160 bucks and 4 points just for barkin 2nd gear

 

first of all FTP

second. you can slow em down with the throttle. go slightly past bp and gently roll off the throttle instead of chopping it and you can slow it down with no rear brake at all, just compression braking. you should learn rear brake to save you from looping though, not for the popo

 

dont stop = $280 still in your pocket

 

get court supervision, play it cool for a few months and forget about those dumb *** cops

 

your lucky to only pay that amount, my reckless was $3000 plus lawer and court fees so stick it out

500 dollar fines .. for pulling a wheelie? ****ing ********..
we got high fines here for speeding though .. & other bullshit like using a cell phone in your car or not wearing a seatbelt or turning on your fog lights when there's no fog..

I had to pay a 50 euro fine yesterdaynight caus i got caught pissing & puking against a church. I got off pretty easy
