Who can do podium circles with out dirtbike bars??

Started trying them last night and the top triple was cutting the **** outta my leg. Any advice??

 

On my 636 with clipons on top and my f4i stock clipons turned out. let your leg rest on the top triple

 

what the hells a podium circle?

 

not a problem on my f4i with stock clipons and now fi clipons turned out.

i think its when you stand one foot on the seat and put another foot over the front of your bike...maybe

Podium circles are wack. IMO

 

ya kane is very throttle happy i saw him for the first time at sw and through out he whole circle he hit the throttle no idle at all
