Re: Stuntwars Results. Please post

Jason got longest endo, like 438 i think? him and Bill D were rolling in the 600's in practice but the conditions were whack for the comp. Bill got 3rd i don't know who got 2nd. Indiv. Freestyle went to Pfeiffer, then Potzner, then Alex Flores (yeah dogg) then AC Farias. Team event went to Black Sheep Squadron and Sick trick went to a guy that parked a christ on the kickstand and did a front filp. wow, everyone looooves front flips. weeee

hope that helps a lil

Thanks man. That helps, I feel much better now. LOL It was driving me crazy, I couldn't find the results anywhere.
That's pretty impressive to park a Christ on the kickstand. (****, I got front flips........damn this broken collar bone.)
Do you have the results for the rest of the field in the individuals?

My two cents--Stuntwars will never again be as big as it was this year. It's too late. The Euros won't come back (unless their sponsors force them to). They won't come back on their own accord just to ride at a crappy venue like Lakeland, and deal with ambiguous scheduling/practicing/qualifying/judging, delays and other crap that dogged this year's events (again). Total bush-league compared to the events these guys are used to doing (and deserve to be doing)--and both CP and AC said so themselves. It's like sending U2 to play at open mic night at your local tavern...

Those guys seem pretty cool. I'm sure they wouldnt mind helping with organization etc..... They probably got their brains picked before leaving.
Damn Bro, you dont give Americans much credit. If the people that run Stuntwars doesnt fix the event, another group will surpass them with a better event. Dont let Thomas get some backing!

Not too many people are willing to put on an event like this but many people are willing to ***** about it.

True true. And we have to remember that these guys are coming form countries that these events are way more popular in, and they've been putting on these contests for a lot of years now with big company finacial backing.

You think NASCAR asks Jeff Gordon and Dale Jr. to help with organization of the Daytona 500?

Don't miss my point, which is as simple as this: having three World Champion stunters (and a handful of very impressive French riders too) travel across the globe made Stuntwars a World Class event. I just didn't think it was a world-class venue, or surface, or organization. I don't think they did either. That's all I'm saying.

I didn't say anything against the American riders, BTW.

Put it in neutral, put the kick stand down, jump to christ, wait to slow down enough then lean it onto the kickstand
