i just think they all sound like **** right from the factory, typical kawi for ya, all their bikes have made engine noise, but they keep on runnin!!!

Thinking Of Putting A Manual Cct In It.i Heard You Have To Drop The Front Of The Motor Down.the Frame Looks Like Its In The Way.how Do You Adjust The Stock One?

I Also Need A Front Wheel.mine Is Bent To ****.i Ghetto Fixed It By Squeezing It With A Press But I'm Tired Of Putting Front Tires On It As Much As Rears.

All kawi 636 engines are noisy as hell, some say it's the valves but when you check em they are fine- go figure. Is it normal for the cct to be noisy when engine is cold but it should settle down a bit when she warms up.
You can actually tighten the stock cct. Start the engine up, put it on 6th gear, shut it down, clutch out and push it forward for a few tire spins. Cct should now be a little queater. I read this info on kawiforums , haven't tryed it out yet because of the damn snow. Post up if it works.
Anybody have experince on the APE manual cct? In my opinion fairly cheap if it makes the difference.

everybody says how strong f2/3s are and mine only lasted 25k.... here you are w/ 30k stunted miles before it broke...to be honost, i don't care though... if the motor pops, i'll just put another in. i love my 636 too much to ride something else.

while we are on simple fixes....i put pepper in my radiator a few weeks back to stop a leaky radiator...and it's still holding.....thanks again teach!!!!
