A Quality Spot Indeed......

we all know about the constant struggle with obtaining and maintaining a quality spot.........
i've thought of this many many times and have had countless dreams of such a thing. but lets face it, i will never be rich. why? because i am too lazy and i am not lucky with the lottery or horse races. if i was rich, i would do this, that way i can become richer, but i cant. so we've established i will never open anything like this up. and to those who i've discussed it with or have had similar ideas and believe i am spoling their riches and future i am sorry, but you are all lazy bastards too, and your wheelies are garbage anyway.....all i would like is to see this happen, because wether or not it benefits me, it will definitely benefit everybody!
so..................

i would suggest that somebody whos really rich buy a ****-ton of property, pave it, and turn it into a something for everyone spot. it can consist of 4 sections,
1) skate area, for all the skaters looking for a great place to hang out, couple ramps and rails here and there

2) honda civic **** area. for all the honda civic **** who want to leave their hood popped and show off their cool short ram air intakes and underbody glow light kits and coffee can exhausts

3) a mini drag strip 1/8th of a mile to be exact. gotta busa? hopped up redneck lawnmower race? car race? it can go down here.

4) and most of all! a motorcycle stunt spot! yes, a huge area dedicated to bikes and bikes only.

at the gates everybody puts their john han**** on a waiver and then let the games begin. you can charge 5, 10, **** 20 bucks! i know i'd pay it.
hot beeches can sell hot dogs! and sodas!! and there can also be some bleachers for the spectators.

:YEAH

i think they have a lot of these around already, they are called RACE TRACKS....the problem with your idea is city ordinances will take FULL affect, the minute you build one of these, the neighbors are gonna ***** about the constant noise, then you get shut down, and out thousands of dollars....just go to your local drag strip and bring these ideas up to him

Similar to my dream in the UK, it's impossible to find a decent spot here without police, would be wicked to buy a big warehouse, pave it, sound proof it as much as possible, wack some ventilation and a sound system in and boom you got a 24-7 riding spot.

i don't think its impossible theory, just would cost so much money

My idea was individual stunt lanes for beginners, a couple of small lots for advanced riders, a 50 MX track, and a full size MX track. Both indide and outdorrs for each. An indoor spot would be the hotness up here in the D.

it would definitely need adequate ventilation, wouldn't want people passing out from carbon monoxide poisoning inside

That goes without saying. We got a couple of indoor MX tracks, but they are out in BFE.
