sponsorship goes both ways, a good sponsor should help promote you! And in turn you do things that get's thier name out there. Look at Christian Pfieffer, sponsored by Red Bull, you know how many shows they get him? Alot! You think he helps them sell more red bull? Probably not much if any but thier name is on his clothes bike etc and that keeps thier name out there at the places he performs. Just like Icon and Britton, they have blown him up, and in turn he rocks thier gear and when people see him ride and like what they see they're gonna want to check out some Icon gear. When your dealing with small bussiness sponsors there's really not much they can do for you but hook you up with a new parts-gear etc.
